Greenville, SC (December 18, 2021) – Greenville’s newly-appointed W League Head Coach & Technically Director Julie Carlson won’t waste any time starting to build her roster for the 2022 season, as the club today announced community tryouts for the weekend of January 8-9, 2022. The inaugural tryouts will be held at Legacy Early College in West Greenville.
Registration for the tryouts is open to girls and women age 15 and older. The weekend will consist of two sessions on Saturday, January 8th: a morning session from 9:30 to 11:30 and an afternoon session from 2:00 to 4:00. Selected players will be notified following Saturday’s second session of their transfer to an invite-only session on Sunday.
Registration for the tryouts is $40, and all participants will receive a Greenville W League shirt. Registration and payment can both be completed on the club’s W League Page.
